Your team is highly motivated, well-trained, and should demonstrate outstanding customer focus and excellent service in all activities. You require at least two full-time mechanics/mechatronics technicians in your workshop, one of whom must be a master mechanic. At least one of your technicians should be a certified Bosch system technician. Regular attendance at Bosch training courses is part of the Bosch Car Service concept.
Equipment | What type of technical equipment and workshop infrastructure is needed?
Within your workshop area, you will need Bosch diagnostic equipment and at least three workstations, as well as two vehicle lifts. You should be able to offer your customers the full range of services for vehicles of all makes up to 3.5 tons. This includes carrying out all mechanical and electrical work according to manufacturer specifications.
